Refunding Unused Bundles

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on the chat icon located at the lower right-hand side of the page.

3. Click the Chat with us option

 

4. Fill in your credentials

5. Type your request of refund, and wait for the customer service to reply with further instructions.

 

Refunding Started Bundles

If the bundle has been started and you would still like to request a refund then process the refund request with the chat bot as normal. The bot will log a support ticket with our customer service team who will review each case individually to determine if a refund is applicable.
