Give your eSIM a reference name

This article walks you through the necessary steps required to change the reference name of a specific eSIM. For example, changing from the eSIM serial number (ICCID) to a more memorable name.

Naming Your eSIMs

1. Login to your AloOui account.

2. Click on My Account located at the top of the page in the menu bar.

3. Locate the eSIM you wish to name. Click on the Edit symbol (pencil icon) to the right of the eSIM serial number (ICCID).

4. To customise the eSIM name, enter your desired text in the eSIM Name field and click Change eSIM Name.

5. The customised name now displays above the eSIM serial number.
