How to disable 5G on iOS & Android

iOS
1. Go into Settings and tap on Mobile Data.
2. Click on the eSIM you want to remove 5G for. (In this example, we are going to use Personal).
3. Once you are in selected eSIM tap on Voice & Data.
4. From here you can turn off 5G by selecting 4G instead.
5. Ensure 4G is selected.
Your 5G is now disabled.
Android
1. Go into Settings and tap on SIM cards & mobile networks.
2. Once in this section, click on the eSIM you want to turn 5G off for.
4. Tap on Preferred network type.
5. Here you can deselect 5G and enable that you want to Prefer 4G or Prefer 3G.
6. In this example we are going to select Prefer 4G.
Your 5G is now disabled.
