Reasons for enabling eSIMs
- your eSIM may have been turned off during an update
- your internet has stopped working and you want to ensure your eSIM isn't disabled
- you have just installed your eSIM and want to enable it
Reasons for disabling eSIMs
- you want to install a different eSIM
- you want to save the data
- you are travelling and want to use a different eSIM
Enabling eSIMs.
1. Go into Settings and tap on SIM cards & mobile networks.
2. Scroll down until you see the option Manage eSIM.
3. Tap on Manage eSIM.
4. Tap on the eSIM and it will allow you to enable it.
5. Wait for it to enable.
6. Your eSIM is now enabled.
Disabling eSIMs.
1. Go into Settings and tap on SIM cards & mobile networks.
2. Scroll down until you see the option Manage eSIM.
3. Tap on Manage eSIM.
4. Click on the eSIM and it will allow you to disable it.
5. Accept the prompt.
6. Your eSIM is now disabled.
